Common Questions

For all messages received before 4 pm, we will provide you with your digital invoice in under 2 hours. In the unlikely event that it takes longer than 2 hours, it will be free of charge.

Invoices received after 4 pm will be delivered before 8 am the next working day.

We will send you your invoice as a pdf file to the email that you register with us, you will be provided with a link to download the invoice online, and we will also send the invoice to WhatsApp.

We can accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers.

Absolutely, when you sign up, we’ll ask you what terms and conditions you’d like to appear on your invoices. You can also give us your logo, which will appear on the invoice and we can match your brand colours as well. Here is an example invoice.

As long as you use your registered phone number with us, we will have all your company details and invoice preferences.

You will need to provide us with the following;

  • The name and address of your client
  • The invoice date (if no date is provided, we will use the date we received the message).
  • A summary of all work completed and the price for each item; if you want a single total for the entire job, then you only need to give us the price at the end of the summary.
  • Any special payment terms or advance payments taken.

Please make sure to spell out any unusual names or words.

We do our best to ensure all the information on the invoice is correct, but unfortunately, there will be mistakes, or the audio may not be clear.  If we’re unsure of any details, we will try our hardest but also make you aware of this so you can check the invoice extra carefully for mistakes.  If you find any mistakes in your invoice, you can send in another message with the revisions, or if you think it’s necessary, contact us by email or live chat. Any revisions will be free of charge for up to 7 days after we’ve produced the invoice.

We recommend a voice message because it’s quick and easy to do from anywhere with your phone. However, if you have a complicated quote that you’d prefer to send in a text message, no problem; we’re happy to accept your job details via text message. The same applies if you want to send in an invoice scribbled on the back of a beer mat, we won’t judge you.
